This Privacy Policy explains how SG AIs ("we", "us"), operated by Sagi Gliksman, handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us through it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and the message you send. Providing this is voluntary, but needed for us to reply.
• Analytics data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or fingerprinting. It collects only aggregated, non-identifying data such as page views, referring sites, country and device type. It cannot identify you personally.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or sell any data.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it.

3. Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we process your contact details based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, you provide this information knowingly and voluntarily so we can contact you back.

4. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell or rent your data. Limited processors help us run the site and communications:

• Cloudflare - hosting/CDN and cookieless analytics.
• Email provider - to receive and reply to your message.
• If a hosted contact-form service (e.g. Formspree) is enabled, it processes your submission solely to deliver it to us.

5. Data retention

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, then delete them on request. Aggregated analytics contain no personal data.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR and Israel's Privacy Protection Law), you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email sagi4422@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version.
