These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SG AIs website (the "Site"), operated by Sagi Gliksman. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is an informational portfolio presenting SG AIs' services and past work. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

All content on this Site - text, design, graphics, code and layout - is owned by SG AIs unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names, logos and trademarks of third parties or clients referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

3. Client work shown

Projects are described for illustration. Some are shown anonymously or with details withheld under confidentiality. Screenshots and figures are representative and may be simplified.

4. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SG AIs and Sagi Gliksman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

6. External links

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. live project URLs, LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
